Children In Need 2021
Children in Need takes place on Friday 19th November 2021.
As part of our charitable commitments throughout the year, Harper Green School is getting involved by making this Friday a non-uniform day.
As we are now a cashless school, donations must be made via PArentPay. Cash can not be accepted in school. The minimum donation required is £1.
Children in Need have already set up the direct link needed to make your donation below. If it doesn't take you straight to the link, hold control or copy and paste into your browser, where you will be able to make your donation easily.
Please make your donations before the end of Thursday.
The dress code is clothing suitable to wear for the working school day. No jewellery, makeup or nails. If you'd like your child to take part, please ensure they are aware of this - we will make sure they are told in form time too.
What is Children in Need?
BBC Children in Need exists to change the lives of disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.
Our vision is that every child in the UK has a safe, happy and secure childhood and the chance to reach their potential.
We use the money raised to support disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.
BBC Children in Need is currently supporting over 3000 local charities and projects in communities across the UK that are helping children and young people facing a range of disadvantages such as living in poverty, being disabled or ill, or experiencing distress, neglect or trauma.
In the last grant year alone, your support helped change the lives of over 600,000 disadvantaged children and young people right here in the UK.
Let us continue as we have always done to support others who need help and show that we are a community that always gives. #weareharper
