Student Leadership

At Harper Green School, student leadership plays an important role in shaping school life. Our leadership teams and School Council include elected representatives from across year groups and Houses, giving students opportunities to share their views and contribute to decisions about areas such as rewards, enrichment and teaching and learning.
Through regular meetings, projects and events, student leaders work alongside staff and represent the views of their peers. These opportunities help students develop confidence, teamwork and communication skills while contributing to a positive and inclusive school community.
