2025 Open Evening

We would like to extend a warm invitation to you for our annual Open Evening on Thursday, 18th September 2025, from 3:30pm to 7:30pm.

Throughout the evening, you'll have the opportunity to explore our fantastic facilities, chat with our students and teachers about learning and life at Harper Green School, and take part in hands-on activities across a wide range of subjects. You'll also have the chance to learn about our excellent academic results, the positive progress we are making as a school, and the exciting opportunities we offer both inside and outside the classroom.

In addition to our tours and departmental activities, there will be two Headteacher talks. The first presentation will begin at 4:00 pm, followed by a second at 5:30 pm. Staff and prefects will be on hand to guide you to the theatre should you wish to attend a presentation.

We hope you enjoy visiting the school and feel welcomed and fully informed about what we can offer you at Harper Green School. Our staff and students are very proud of our school community, and we look forward to meeting you and allowing you to experience it for yourself.

The competition is organised by Harper Green School.

Eligibility

• Entry is open to all attendees of the Harper Green School Open Evening on Thursday, 18th September 2025.

• Attendees must sign in at the event to be entered into the prize draw.

• Only one entry per attendee is permitted.

How to Enter

• Simply attend the Open Evening and sign in at the event to be automatically entered into the draw.

Prize

• One winner will receive a full Harper Green School uniform, which includes:

  • 1 branded blazer

  • 1 branded jumper (optional but included as part of the prize)

  • 1 tie

  • 1 branded skirt or trousers (choice of one)

  • 1 branded PE top

  • 1 branded PE shorts (optional but included as part of the prize)

  • 1 pair of branded PE socks

• No cash alternative or substitutions are available.

Winner Selection and Announcement

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid sign-ins after the event.

• The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at sign-in.

General

• The prize is non-transferable and must be claimed by the named winner.

• By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
