Student Wellbeing Support

At Harper Green School, we want every student to feel safe, supported and able to ask for help whenever they need it.

Everyone experiences challenges from time to time. Whether you're feeling worried, stressed, anxious, overwhelmed or simply need someone to talk to, you are never alone. There is always someone who will listen and help.

Support in School

If you're struggling, we encourage you to speak to a trusted adult in school, such as:

They will listen, offer support and help you access any additional support you may need.

Looking After Your Wellbeing

Looking after your mental wellbeing is just as important as looking after your physical health. Small steps can make a big difference, including:

  • Talking to someone you trust
  • Getting enough sleep
  • Being active
  • Spending time with family and friends
  • Taking regular breaks from social media
  • Asking for help when you need it

Remember

You don't have to cope on your own. If something is worrying you, please speak to someone. There is always help available.

Parents and carers can also access a range of advice, guidance and wellbeing resources on our Wellbeing and Mental Health page.
